10 days of the delivery date or you can call us at
1-866-208-9068 to let us know of your intention to return.
Notice: For health reasons
some products such as earrings and body jewelry cannot be
returned unless defective.
Our "Money Back Guarantee" is meant to make your
shopping experience enjoyable, convenient and risk-free. You
may return any item for a full refund of the purchase price
less any shipping charges.
The returned product must be in new and unused condition,
in the original box with all the documentation, parts and
accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused"
means sale-able condition, not dirty and not washed. We
cannot accept returns for an item with any indications that

shipped but there is no guarantee that we will be able to
stop it in time
